Service calls are $120*. If you choose to move forward with the repair, the service call is applied to the total.

*Depending on your service area, you may be quoted a higher service call fee.

We have fully stocked work vehicles, and while our goal is to repair same day, some jobs require us to order specialized parts that we do not have in stock. Part orders typically come in within 48 hours.

If your appliance has been in otherwise good condition and you have been happy with its performance, it’s likely worth investing into the repair of that appliance.

However, if the appliance has been problematic, you’ve been unhappy with it’s performance, or it’s a low cost appliance, replacement may be the best route for you.

While it’s true that today’s appliances are not made as well as they once were, you may be able to get 15+ years out of them if they are maintained and repaired.

If do decide to replace your appliance, our technicians can give you their recommendations for the best brands and models, and offer tips and tricks for maintenance.

Due to the complexity of today’s appliances, our technicians must come out to your home to perform a service call and give you an estimate. The service call allows for an accurate diagnosis and pricing.

When you do call in, however, there are some circumstances when our technicians can tell you - based on the formation given - if your machine is worth fixing.
